Positive: Staying at Heliconia Grove was good! Hazel was very helpful and nice. The villa was nice as well as the amazing pool (:

Negative: Two things bothered me during my stay. First, throughout the entire visit, the housekeeping staff did not clean the dishes left in the sink, nor did they clean the bedside table in my room, for reasons that are unclear. Second, the path leading to the villa is made of gravel, which makes it quite difficult to roll a suitcase to the villa.
