Welcome to our fully air-conditioned Cliff Hanger Villa, featuring eight bedrooms and comfortably sleeping up to 16 guests.
Our villa combines the luxury of a hotel with the convenience of self-catering, all at the best prices you'll find in Seychelles. The villa includes 2 private pools and 8 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and its own super-cold air conditioning unit.
Upon arrival, you will have access to secure parking within a 24-hour secured compound.
Entering the villa, you'll find the ground floor features a spacious super lounge, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. The super lounge opens onto a private terrace overlooking the pool.
First Floor:
The first floor features three extremely spacious, well-air-conditioned rooms.
*The master bedroom boasts a double bed with plush bedding, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, twin vanity, separate toilet, and bidet. It also has its own covered terrace, spacious enough for a table and two chairs, perfect for afternoon cocktails, reading a book, or meditating on the beauty of paradise.
*The second bedroom includes a double bed and an en-suite bathroom similar to the master’s, with a shower, single vanity, and separate toilet.
*The third bedroom also has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.
*Pool Room: Downstairs, you'll find the Pool Room. This bedroom has two single beds and an en-suite bathroom, making it ideal for guests who love to be close to the pool.
*The dining room is conveniently adjacent to the sleek, fully-fitted kitchen, which boasts top-of-the-range appliances. Enjoy drinks on the expansive patio while taking in the stunning views of Mahe's granitic mountains and lush tropical vegetation.

We offer free on-site parking and we do recommend hiring a car so that you can explore the beautiful Island. We have a fleet of new 2022 Fiat 500E fully electric cars that are available exclusively for our guests. Save on expensive fuel costs and travel around Seychelles the green way! We charge a flat rate of €35 per day for maintenance and electric charging. Cars must be booked for the entire duration of your stay and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend booking your car at the time of reservation to secure availability.

Vacations should be hassle-free, so we assist guests with special requests such as taxi transfers, car hire, and more. To explore all the beautiful parts of Seychelles, we recommend renting a car from a licensed car hire company. We provide free and secure parking at the villa for up to 4 cars per booking.
*MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS*
Throughout the year, our villa requires a minimum stay of 3 nights. Occasionally, we may accommodate 2-night stays if there are bookings before and after your requested dates. During holiday periods, the following minimum stay requirements apply:
Easter: Minimum 7 nights
Christmas: Minimum 7 nights
New Year: Minimum 7 nights
Combined Christmas and New Year: Minimum 10 nights
